How do I participate in VIP missions in GTA 5 Online?
To participate in VIP missions, you have two options, the first is to simply become bodyguard and you will therefore automatically participate in the missions of your VIP.

What does VIP status do in GTA 5 Online?
In addition to the possibility of starting the VIP mission, you will be able to obtain the following bonuses:
VIP Status lasts for 4 hours spent playing in Freemode. If you participate in activities or heists, the time you spend in these modes will not be counted against your remaining VIP time. Once the 4 hours have elapsed, you will have to wait 12 hours before being able to take on the role of VIP again.
Once you achieve VIP status, the name of the Interaction menu section will be changed to " SecuroServ - Big Hat ". In this section you will find the option " Hire bodyguards ". You can hire other players as bodyguards or even fire them as you see fit. You can hire up to 3 bodyguards simultaneously to serve and protect your organization.
Moreover, if a bodyguard betrays your organization or does not satisfy you, you can also choose to end their contract via the option " Remove ". The other bodyguards in your organization will then have 5 minutes to eliminate him.
Be careful though, there can only be 6 bigwigs simultaneously in a session. If 6 VIPs are already active in the session you are joining, you will be offered to suspend your VIP status. And two organizations with the same name cannot participate in the same session. It is of course possible to change the name of your organization, but it is not free, so think carefully about the name of your organization before starting operations.
