Vehicles, weapons and first steps
The first thing to do is of course the introduction of the game. In these first few Lamar missions, Gerald and Simeon will introduce the player to the different activities available in Los Santos (drug theft, vehicle modification, racing etc). These missions will allow you to unlock the different buildings in the game (LS Customs, grocery stores, clothing stores, etc.). The basic pistol is simple but effective for simple missions, although an assault rifle-type weapon might be appreciable for its throughput, and quality cars can be stolen from the streets. The first investment will therefore have to be a garage to be able to store the vehicles (between 25000 GTA$ and 30000 GTA$ for the cheapest). As for the vehicle, the Elegy RH-8 can be obtained for free on Legendary Motorsport in-game simply by signing up to the Rockstar Social Club.

Invest in stone
With a little over 200000 GTA$ in your pocket (obtained through the various activities that Los Santos can offer at the start of the game) it is now time to invest. Biker Club HQ is then the best choice because it not only allows unlock new missions but also unlock the purchase of the first production buildings which will subsequently be the most regular and efficient means of making money. A quick note about buying the Biker Club HQ, and later offices or other buildings: it is generally more interesting to buy the building at the lowest price offered. Indeed those with higher prices generally have few differences and it is mainly a change of location on the map and aesthetics.
There are 5 production buildings: counterfeit money factory, cannabis factory, fake papers factory, meth factory and cocaine factory. They are mentioned here in ascending order of purchase price. Note however that each factory comes at 3 different prices, the higher the purchase price, the more money will be made.
The motorcycle club is the most interesting investment in the early game
Each plant also has several improvements: personnel, production and security. Staff and production being the most important because they allow to produce more and thus to sell more. This principle of production and sale also applies to bunkers. However bunkers are quite expensive to buy and maintain and are therefore not the best investment to start with.
The luxury apartment can also be a good investment because it allows you to launch robberies. Even though heists are activities to be reserved for the game between friends, the luxury apartment is one of those useful buildings.

However, beware of bad investments. The hangar and the nightclub, for example, are buildings that do not bring in a lot of money. compared to the requested activities. The hangar sometimes offers missions can be interesting while the nightclub is simply used as a warehouse. Moreover being impossible to deactivate, you will be condemned to pay the related costs indefinitely.
In another register the resort is an investment to save for later in the game. Even if it allows to launch the robbery of the end of the world, the latter is very long and is especially interesting for the players in search of history and achievements. The complex is therefore not a preferred investment.
