From time to time, such as this weekend from May 16 to 17, 2020, the servers of GTA are having trouble and it's just not possible to log in to GTA Online. As players there is nothing you can do about it, there is no silver bullet to access the online mode of the game. All you have to do is wait in the single player mode and play with Michael, Franklin or good old Trevor.

Unable to play GTA 5, what to do?
As you may have read above, there is unfortunately no miracle solution if the servers are having problems. You'll have to wait for Rockstar Games to sort this out. On the other hand, if you see that the server status indicators are green, the problem is with you.
If the problem comes from you, you have several fairly simple solutions:
- restart your computer or console;
- restart your internet connection;
- restart GTA;
- reinstall the Rockstar Games Launcher app.
Despite these manipulations, if you still cannot connect, we advise you to contact Rockstar Games support directly to explain your concern.
