Following the last update of the Online mode of GTA 5 a mysterious serial killer armed with a Navy revolver has taken to committing crimes in the Los Santos area. Rockstar therefore offers players to find him thanks to a series of clues to put an end to his actions by killing him and thus recover his revolver.
This revolver was added to the game as a teaser for the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, the famous alter ego of Grand Theft Auto at the time of the Conquest of the West.

Where to find serial killer clues in GTA Online?
The clues are five in number and are all north of Los Santos in the Blaine County area. These five indices are therefore: a machete, a severed hand, a message from the serial killer, a bloody hand mark et a black van. All of these clues are in fixed locations except for the black van which can be in five different locations. The first clue, the machete, is planted in the wall of a barn in Grapewood. Note, however, that there is no particular order to find the clues.

The second clue is a severed hand that is found near Sandy Shore Airports, not far from Trevor's residence.

The third clue is a message written in chalk on a wall in Great Chaparral, near a gang attack area.

The fourth clue is a bloody hand mark on a door. The door in question is located in the parking lot of a motel in the forest near Paleto Bay.

The black van is arguably the hardest clue to find given that it can be found in five different locations.

Once the five clues have been found you will receive a text message from the serial killer with an unknown number. Despite this rather aggressive message, he will not immediately try to get rid of you. To make it appear it is necessary, as the site usgamer.net points out, to be in the desert of Blaine County north of Los Santos between 19 a.m. and 5 a.m.. For safety, equip yourself with protection and a shotgun. Once you kill him you'll pocket 50000 GTA$ and get the Navy revolver.
How to get the Navy revolver in Red Dead Online?
Once the Navy revolver is recovered, use it to perform 50 headshots, whether on players or NPCs. Once the task is completed you will get 200000 GTA$ in GTA Online and unlock the revolver in Red Dead Online.
Once in Red Dead Online you can simply buy the gun from a gunsmith or get it for free. For this you will have to go to Valentine in a building southwest of town. Once the right building has been found, you will discover the scene of an unnamed carnage in the basement, in the middle of which you can pick up the Navy Revolver.
