Niantic has announced Pokémon Go's upcoming Spotlight and Raid Hours for the month of June 2022. Players can expect an all-new set of Raids and featured Pokémon to catch during the month.
Raid Hours in Pokémon Go in June 2022
Raid hours are every Wednesday in June from 18-19pm local time. They give players a chance to catch Pokemon, usually legendary, with the help of other trainers. June will have five total raid hours spanning three different legendaries.
- Kyogre* –June 1
- Groudon* – June 8
- Groudon* – June 15
- Mewtwo* (will know Shadow Ball move) – June 22
- Mewtwo* (will know Psystrike move) – June 29

Spotlight Hours in Pokémon Go in June 2022
Spotlight hours focus on one Pokemon and dramatically increase its spawn rates. This allows players to hunt good Pokémon IVs or shiny variants of monsters not often found in the wild. June will feature four Spotlight Hours, with the last one notably unknown to players at this time.
- Nosepass* (June 7) – Double Candy for catching Pokémon during this Spotlight hour.
- Mantine* (June 14) – Double Candy for transferring Pokemon during this Spotlight Hour.
- Spinarak* (June 21) – Double XP for evolving Pokemon during this Spotlight Hour.
- ???* (June 28) – ???
*All Pokémon marked with an asterisk can glow in an encounter.
