BlockZone, the creators of Anime Fighting Simulator, has revealed the official trailer for Anime Legends, the upcoming anime game expected on Roblox. The trailer includes two minutes of gameplay, a new description of the game that hints at lore, and confirmation that the game is coming soon. The developer also celebrated a new milestone on AFS, urging them to give fans a generous free game code.
From a large city, to enemy base camps, to giant and fearsome bosses, Anime Legends seems to be bringing a massive open-world role-playing experience to Roblox. We also get a brief look at explosive combat abilities as well as confirmation that friends and players can get together in groups of five on their adventures.
The description of Anime Legends reveals a world faithfully built with lore, as well as a story that players will discover in their quest to defeat chaos and save the multiverse. The description is as follows:
Chaos is back in the multiverse. As the balance of the worlds is on the verge of oblivion, an unexpected hero could be the salvation for all. Join forces with friends and strangers. Travel through unknown lands and sail foreign seas to discover a legend that has been in the making for 10 years.
Everything from the set design to the music seems inspired by Genshin Impact, a popular anime action role-playing game from miHoYo. The town featured in the Anime Legends trailer looks like a new take on Monstadt, the starting town in Genshin. Musically, the trailer's final chord, composed by Albert Kim, also references a Genshin theme.
