Shiny Pokémon made their debut in Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX and as you can imagine, they're as hard to find now as they are in titles like Sword and Shield.
Granted, not every Pokémon can be Shiny in the game, but there are still plenty to collect.
So how are you going to find one? And how do you add it to your teams?
Shiny Pokemon, like any other Pokemon game, is completely random. There's no guaranteed way to find one or get them, but areas with stronger Pokemon seem to have an increased chance of spawning.
Only 27 Pokémon have the ability to be shiny. These include:
