Chill is a new Pokémon in Sword and Shield. They can evolve into Beldeneige, although some work is required. First, you will need to find Frissonille.
Chill is a rare spawn and can be found at Steamdrift Way on Route 8 or Route 10. On Route 8 it will spawn in the Underworld, so it is by far the easiest place to find. On Route 10, it will be a hidden encounter, so you will chase the exclamation marks to try and find it.
The evolution of the Frissonille is unusual because the level of the Pokémon does not matter. Instead, Frissonille should be happy to evolve. You will need Frissonille to reach 220 happiness points for it to evolve into Beldeneige. To increase a Pokémon's happiness points, you must have it in your party and win battles with it. Playing with Frissonille at Pokémon camp will also help, as will feeding it plenty of curry.
As soon as Frissonille reaches 220 happiness points, all you have to do is wait until nightfall, then level the Pokémon once so that it becomes Snowbelly.
