As you travel through England, you'll find several altars that you'll need to sacrifice a diverse assortment of creatures to appease. All you get is a piece of parchment next to the altar, telling you how much of a specific animal or animal part to sacrifice. Then you need to know where to find it!
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Where to find Bullhead
To find Bullheads in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, you need to search for them in rivers; the best place to locate them is to travel southeast of Ravensthorpe, where the two rivers meet. You can fish just outside Ravensthorpe, but you won't find the Bullhead as often there.
Bullheads are for Elisdon's altar in Grantebridgesire, where you need to find ten Bullheads to make a sacrifice at the altar. So go fishing everyone! Head to the rivers east of this location or southeast of Ravensthorpe; use the map below to find the most suitable location to find Bullheads. Get in a boat, paddle in the middle of the river and locate the fish that doesn't have a fin. Use Odin Vision to make this easier.
You can catch the Bullhead in two ways. The first uses the Fishing Line, which unlocks after building the Fishing Shack at Settlement Level 2. And the second using your bow and arrows and shooting them. We recommend the fishing line, as pulling them causes the fish to scatter for a few minutes, wasting time.
The size of the Bullhead unfortunately matters; you need bullhead fish of the same size; small, medium or large for the Elisdon Altar, so unfortunately if you're not incredibly lucky it will increase the time spent fishing them! Although on site, we recommend finding only small or medium bullheads, which will hopefully reduce the time spent fishing!
If you don't know how to fish, take a look at our fishing guide. All in all, when hunting Bullheads, you will undoubtedly catch other types of fish, which you can either keep for fishing shack quests or sell to earn money!
