Game Science has released a new trailer for Black Myth: Wukong, and while that might seem like standard fare on its own, this one is rather different. The new Black Myth: Wukong trailer shows off the game's new look after the transition to Unreal Engine 5, and it's the first title to use NVIDIA's DLSS and ray tracing in the engine.
It's an impressive trailer showcasing both the capabilities of the technology and how Black Myth uses them.
There are the usual lighting effects and flickering flames, as well as flashes of ice in the air when a dragon attacks, dynamic effects of lighting snow on fire, and the hero's flickering ghost as he fled at high speed. Yes, dynamic snow is officially a thing now.
The trailer is 12 minutes long and, beyond the gorgeous visuals, offers a good look at several enemies standing in your way.
You'll have to make do with this trailer for now, though. Black Myth Wukong is not expected to be released until 2023.
