No class wins Guardian Games 2022 in Destiny 2 without depositing as many Medallions as possible on the Tower Podium. The tricky part is actually getting them, whether you're a solo player or part of an active clan. Luckily, there are several ways for any player to accumulate lots of medallions, especially in the beginning. Here are some ways to get them quickly.
How to Farm Medallions Fast in Guardian Games 2022
After receiving the medallion case from Eva Levante in the Best in Class quest, you are ready to start farming medallions. There are two main sources: Guardian Games Triumphs and Contender Cards. The former is good for frontloading your Medallion grind, but once you've completed the Triumphs, they're over and you won't get anything more.
Contender cards are an infinitely grindable source of medallions, but they're not all created equal. You only want to collect those that are easy to do, quick to complete, and as rewarding as possible for the time invested.
The best guardian games triumph at the farm first
You will be able to complete most Triumphs simply by playing the game as you normally would. Whether it's collecting Laurels, earning Vanguard Medals, or racking up scores in Training/Competition playlists, you're likely to complete them naturally. Almost the entire first page follows this rule.
It's the second-page triumphs that require your special attention. Each of the main activities and the PsiOps Battlegrounds and Throne World activities have a Contender Triumph. Each requires three suitable Contender cards to fully unlock, and since each of these Contender cards only costs 100 Laurels, you'll recoup their cost by running through them.
When all Contender Triumphs activities are completed, you will get 20 gold medals and you will have progressed through the first Triumphs page as you do them. Focus your efforts on higher difficulty Contender maps, focusing on the specific maps listed below.
Best Competing Cards To Farm In Guardian Games 2022
There are two Contender Card Tiers in this year's Guardian Games. Gold Medallion versions cost 100 Laurels and Platinum versions cost 200 Laurels. Gold Medallion cards are easier, but their reward to completion time ratio is slightly skewed.
Basic activities, the ones you'll do for golds, award bronze upon completion, and you'll need to complete an average of three activities to fully complete the map. That's three bronze medals and only one gold for 15 to 25 minutes of work.
Depending on the activity you complete for platinum medals, you might spend 10 or 15 minutes to complete, and you're rewarded with a silver medal to boot. For Week 1, we recommend focusing on one of three Platinum maps: Throne World, Nightfall, and high-level Lost Sectors, in that order.
Medallion Farm 1: Throne World Contender Cartes
You'll need to complete some high-difficulty content in the Witch Queen DLC destination, and this week's Training Guardian Games playlist is Lightblade Strike at Legend Nightfall difficulty. With a skilled team, this Strike will take about 15 minutes, and if you're efficient, you'll complete the Map in one pass. You can also improve Fynch's reputation levels if you collect Throne World bounties before you start.
Medallion Farm 2: Cartes Concurrent Nightfall
These are great because anyone can complete them, and Grandmasters are by far the most rewarding pieces of content in the game (usually). If you don't have a GM team, it will only take two or three hero-level Nightfalls to complete the map. Whether you do GM or Hero level Nightfalls, you are rewarded with both silver and platinum, so the choice depends on whether you want to go fast or get the most loot for your time.
Medallion Farm 3 : Legend et Master Lost Sectors
While these activities won't award medallions on their own, if you're good at clearing them quickly (the fastest ones take no more than five minutes), you can rack up two or even three platinum medallions at the same time. should. either Throne World or Nightfall activities.
The speed at which you progress and collect medals in Guardian Games 2022 depends on how much you are willing to invest in the activities already present in Destiny 2. There is nothing new here beyond the SMG title, and even if it's okay, it's not a mighty world end. There are, however, far more valuable weapons discussed in our Destiny 2 guides hub, so get to those next.
