The most important part is to make sure you start your character in South Korea. The city doesn't matter, just make sure that's where you were born. Now age through life without too many consequences because your school doesn't really matter. Once you graduate from high school, you'll want to start looking for the background vocalist position. You will see a small microphone next to it. This is the basic position to become a singer. If you don't see it, you'll just have to get old and look for it again next year. If you see a career that has "Label Label" nearby, you can try to get it and it will hopefully encourage the vocalist job to appear.
Once you've started your work as a background vocalist, make sure to work hard at it every year. You will eventually be promoted to lounge singer, vocalist, and finally lead vocalist!
