BitLife has some pretty tough achievements, and it's probably up there on the list. Trying to get pregnant with three children isn't easy, and in this game it's especially easy to do either! You'll need to do a little baby to get there, so be prepared to repeat the same process over and over again.
How to get triplets
To have triplets in BitLife, you'll want to be over 40 and access the Fertility option under Activities. Once there, you will select the IVF option and hopefully get pregnant. You will then grow old and see if you were lucky enough to have triplets. If not, you can repeat the process over and over again until you're done.
There is a trick to make it go much faster and that is to close the BitLife app again and again to reset what is happening. You will want to go and have the IVF treatment first and make sure it is successful. If not, do NOT close the prompt you were given and close the application completely. When you reopen BitLife, it will be as if you never did the treatment. You can then try again and hope to get pregnant. Keep doing this until it succeeds and then you can close the prompt to essentially define that it happened.
Now that you know you're pregnant, you'll want to get older and see what kind of pregnancy it ends up being. You will get a single child, twins or triplets. You will also occasionally miscarry, which is more likely due to your age. If you don't get triplets, again, do NOT close the prompt. You can close the app and repeat the process. If you're lucky, you'll have the triplets as soon as possible. I was able to get it working in about 5-10 minutes, so this method makes it much faster.
If you are on Android, you may not be able to use the app close method. If this is the case, all you need to do is try doing IVF every year and see if it works. You can also try to get pregnant again and again, but it's a less reliable method.
