One of the best parts of MyTeam is creating a custom team, including logo, jerseys, and arenas. To unlock the ability to create a custom team, players must collect 75 cards in MyTeam. All permanent cards count towards 75, so team building can be quickly unlocked by purchasing packs or completing challenges.
If you don't want to spend VC on packs, there are other ways to quickly get 75 cards. Playing Triple Threat, Domination, or Skill and Pickup Challenges are great ways to earn lots of cards.

By playing Triple Threat, players will earn a good number of MyTeam Tokens, which can be spent on individual player cards and unique packs. Earning stars in Domination will also unlock player cards along the way. Skill and pickup challenges can be a bit more difficult for players new to MyTeam, but will reward valuable packs.

The easiest way to get 75 cards is to spend MyTeam tokens on individual player cards. Players can access the Rewards tab and purchase Emerald Players for as little as 2 Tokens each. Although not the best cards, they are cheap and will add to the collection.
Once 75 cards have been collected, players will receive a "Team Building Pack". Once opened, players can access the My Team tab to create your team's logo, jerseys, and arena.
