When a game has been out for a while, it's natural to wonder if it's worth jumping in late into the scene. With some games it's not worth it because the traffic has gone and the developers may no longer support the game with patches. Destiny 2 is not one of them, so feel free to play it anytime.
Is it worth playing Destiny 2?
Our short answer is yes, Destiny 2 is still worth playing. One thing we will consider first when deciding if a game is worth playing is if it is still supported on the platforms or updated/patched. With Destiny 2, this is true as it continues to be updated on a semi-regular basis.
There's also quite a large player base with Destiny 2, so you don't have to worry about finding other players to engage with. Finally, we think the game itself is a great game regardless of age. If you're considering playing the game but aren't sure, we suggest you give it a try!
