Respawn Entertainment has released a fix for some of the major issues players are having after Ranked Split in Apex Legends. These bugs included Loba's tactical ability malfunctioning, Wraith taking damage malfunctioning when using abilities, loss of functionality when using the Replicator, and various issues for Xbox users. Let's take a look at the highlights of this patch notes summary.
All the major highlights from the Apex Legends patch (July 2022)
many
- Resolve Loba's tactical failure for no reason
In Apex Legends Season13, players reported a number of issues with Loba's tactical ability. The burglar's best friend's bracelet seemed to malfunction and mostly didn't teleport Loba from place to place. This created a lot of problems for Loba's hands, as the legend's tactical ability became practically useless in the game. The main problem was that the bracelet returned to Loba after reaching any location, and the character entered in the animation where he cannot shoot or heal while using his tactic.
Spectre
- Addressed issues with Wraith not taking damage at certain times when using her abilities
Countless players noticed in Season 13 that their shots connect, but no damage is recorded for the opponent. This issue was most prevalent with Wraith, especially when using her portals. The developers have fixed this issue and made the necessary changes to resolve this issue.

replicator
- Resolve loss of functionality when using a replicator
Perhaps the most broken issue in Apex Legends Season 13 includes the Replicator. Players have reported that all Legend abilities and features stop after using the Replicator. While shooting and ADSing are still possible, this glitch effectively prevents players from accessing their inventory, healing themselves, and using their abilities. Luckily, this game-breaking bug was taken care of in the latest patch.
Xbox
- Improve various issues with Xbox headsets and VOIP quality
Xbox players have also encountered their fair share of issues while playing Apex Legends in Season 13. Previously, Xbox users faced the Waiting for the player issue and error code 103. The issues with Xbox headsets and VOIP quality issues have been resolved by the developers, and the patch update will effectively resolve these issues for gamers.
