The God of War series has always been popular and beloved since its launch on PlayStation 2, and it has seen many follow-up titles. It even underwent a reboot, pushing main character Kratos out of Greek mythology and into Norse mythology. But fans may be wondering who the voice behind the god of war is.
Kratos' voice actor in the God of War series is Christopher Judge. Judge is best known for his role as Teal'c in the Stargate series and for recently voicing T'challa/Black Panther in Marvel's Avengers.

Christopher Judge has voiced Kratos in almost every game and will reprise his role in God of War: Ragnorok, which will be released in 2022. Unfortunately, the 2018 reboot sequel was delayed in part for Judge's health, but fans are waiting with looking forward to the rest despite this small setback.
The God of Was reboot has been on PlayStation since launch but is now available on PC. This means newcomers to the series can experience the epic story for the first time, and veterans can double down on PC.
