Guardian Games is a special time of year in Destiny 2 where the three different classes come together for friendly competition. Eva Levante returns, the Tower receives fabulous decorations, the number of players increases, Eververse earns a lot of money and, in general, everyone is having a good time. The Titans dominated the competition in 2020 and the Hunters won the gold medal in 2021. But how does 2022 look?
Ranking Guardian Games 2022

03/05/2022: Today being the first day of the contest, there is no winner at the moment. But that will all change tomorrow when Bungie announces the day one winner.

To win, the Guardians will have to deposit medallions on the Podium of the Tower. Medallions are earned by completing certain activities and mini-quests called Contender Cards and Platinum Cards. Higher Tier Medallions are worth more points and are earned in activities such as Raids, Dungeons, Competitive PvP, and PsiOps Battlegrounds. Lower level medallions come from Gambit, Strikes, Quickplay Crucible, and Throne World activities.
Strike Scoring is also making a comeback. However, there is a twist. Guardians will want to focus on Friday-Monday play in the competitive playlist for the best rewards and more medals.
Overall, this year's competition is much more focused. The race is on!
