If you want to know what the highest belt in Karate is, it's a red belt. Players can earn a red belt in karate by mastering it through training and taking lessons. To practice and start karate classes, you will first need to be eight years old and then visit the mind and body tab.
Under the mind and body you will need to find a tab called 'martial arts', under martial arts you will be able to start karate lessons by finding karate practice under the listed arts.

When you start taking Karate classes in martial arts, then you will have to keep training until you reach the highest belt. To do this, visit the Martial Arts Karate Class option under Mind and Body until the game says you've reached red belt and learned a new combat move.

Once you reach the highest belt in karate, you will learn the karate kick move, which can be used to defend yourself from attacks in the game.
