- Open your friends list.
- Select Find someone.
- Find your friend's gamertag.
- Select their gamertag.
- Select Add friend.
Playstation
- Go to the Friends tab.
- Find your friend's online ID or name.
- Select the + sign.
- Send them a friend request.
PC
- Open Origin.
- Click Add Friend.
- Find their public ID, email address, or name.
- Select their profile.
- Click send a friend request.
