To craft weapons and armor in Aragami 2, you will first need to complete the "Send Message" mission. This will unlock a Blacksmith NPC, which you can then use to craft support items, weapons, and armor.
You can find this blacksmith NPC in the village square, and if you don't know where this place is, follow the path shown below - start by going to the quest board, then follow our red arrows.
Following this path, you will climb a staircase and at the top you will have to take a right. Turning right will bring you to the town square and the blacksmith can be found as shown below.

Talking to the blacksmith will allow you to craft all sorts of weapons and armor and various other items for gold. You can age by completing missions and finding all the gold lying around in missions.
Farming at once should also net you enough gold for all your crafting needs. That said, once you have the gold, you can craft weapons and armor by visiting the gear tab.
In this tab, you can craft armor by clicking on one of three armor pieces: Helmet, Chestpiece, and Leggings. Clicking on any of these tabs will give you a selection of options to craft per piece of armor.
If you want to craft a weapon, you will need to click on the sword icon at the end. Crafting weapons and armor is entirely cosmetic too, so don't worry about stats and whatnot – just choose what suits you and you'll be fine.
