To link your Amazon Prime Gaming account with New World, the first step is to log in to both Amazon Prime Gaming, Twitch, and New World. First, start by logging into Twitch and clicking on the main loot icon at the top of the screen.
The first New World pirate pack should be the first thing you see. Click the Claim Now button and Twitch will direct you to Prime Gaming's New World rewards site, as shown below.
You may need to log into Prime Gaming if you haven't already, so just log into your Amazon account, and that should fix the problem. That said, on the exchange hub for New World, you will need to click on the first pirate pack claim button. This will direct you to another webpage as shown below.
This page is where you will need to link your Amazon and Steam accounts. To link your Amazon account, click the link button and enter your Amazon account information when prompted. Now for Steam, do the same, log into the Steam site and click the link when prompted.

Once your Amazon and Steam account are linked, you'll be ready to claim any Pirate Packs or new Prime Gaming Rewards that New World will have in the coming months.
