If you want to create a national park in Civ 6, you'll need to set a set of requirements, so here's what they are and how to meet them.
How to Build a National Park in Civilization 6 with a Naturalist
In order to create a national park, you will need to build a group of four hexes that meet the following requirements in Civilization 6.
- Your tiles should be natural wonders or mountains, or have a charm appeal or better.
- These four titles must be held by the same city.
- The tiles should also have a vertical diamond shape.
- You must also have no quarters or improvements in any of these tiles.
In addition to the basic requirements listed above, you will need to have faith and research civic conservation. After researching the civic conversation, you will build the national park if you have enough faith points with a naturalist unit.

However, it should be noted that not all locations in the game will be suitable for a national park, so to work around this problem, you can increase the attractiveness of these tiles by doing various things such as planting wood.
This will give the tile area a plus-four to attract, but there are other things you can do as well. The first is that you can build great wonders like the Eiffel Tower or have attractive distractions like holy sites or entertainment buildings in the area. Having great people such as great engineers like Charles Correa will also increase the appeal of tiles.
