Shin Megami Tensei allows players to improve their character in various ways as they adventure through the Netherworld. Players can upgrade the Nahobino by purchasing Miracles, the game's passive upgrades that have a permanent impact on the main character and their party. However, not all miracles are unlocked, so what can players do to get more miracles to buy?
To unlock more miracles in Shin Megami Tensei V, players must destroy abscesses littered around open areas of the game. Abscesses are masses of malignant energy covering the map of Shin Megami Tensei V. Once players find these masses, they will have to defeat the mini-boss that hides there to banish the abscess.

For each Abscess players destroy, a new set of Miracles unlocks which players can purchase using their Glory Points in the Shadow World. Be sure to visit Sophia and browse the Miracles tab to see all the newly added options after each abscess removal.
Some abscesses may be harder to find than others, but don't give up. The demons lurking within these masses are often worth finding and defeating, as players cannot unlock these passive buffs to purchase them otherwise.
