Predator: Hunting Grounds isn't a great game, but at least developer Illfonic is approaching its DLC the right way. Arnold Schwarzenegger's Dutchman will return to the franchise as a new playable character on May 26 alongside a set of collectible tapes voiced by the man himself. They collect what the soldier has been doing since 1987 and will be delivered as free content. However, you will have to pay to play in Dutch.

As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, purchasing this first bundle will also grant you early access to the Dutch Knife and QR5 "Hammerhead" Rifle. But that's not all. Illfonic has committed to at least three more pieces of DLC, which will be released in June, July and August.

Jared Gerritzen, creative director at Illfonic, did not reveal the contents of these future updates. However, he said that Predator: Hunting Grounds will receive "both free updates and paid DLCs in the coming months that will keep you on your toes in the hunt and continue to make the game exciting for everyone." . Hopefully that's enough to flesh out the game beyond its barebones offerings at the time of writing.
