Predator joins the Fortnite roster
Since the release of Fortnite Season 5 - Zero Point, Predator has been teased as a new skin via a new point of interest known as Stealthy Stronghold being added to the map. Many clues hinting at the addition of Predator have been leaking since the release of Season 5 - Zero Point, but the new NPC boss has been added to Stealthy Stronghold and players will need to defeat him to earn the new unlockable Battle Pass skin. Fortnite is available now for free on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Android, Mac, and PC.
With more and more clues being released since then, like the Predator ship landing in the area with a recent update and a new Nightmare Portal opening just outside Stealthy Stronghold just a few days ago , the time has finally come for Predator to stalk its prey in Fortnite Season 5 – Ground Zero. The most recent hint was posted on the official Fortnite Twitter account where another transmission from Agent Jonesy teased the release of characters with today's update.
"I don't think my target knows that I know that he knows where I am, who's exactly where I want them, you know?" says Agent Jonesy's recent transmission. "He chased me for my last dozen jumps but it's time to turn the tables because the cat in this little game of cat and mouse, he doesn't know the mouse has a knife. It's true! The hunter is now the hunted.
In order to unlock the new Predator skin, Fortnite fans will need to defeat the new boss added to Stealthy Stronghold in an intense battle comparable to Wolverine from Fortnite Season 4 – Nexus War.
