Where to buy a horse in BitLife
Players can purchase a horse from the same section as all other pets in the Pets tab under Activities. That said, click on pets, and you should see an option called horse ranch, here you can buy horses; but you will also need to meet a few more conditions before the game will allow you to purchase one.

How to make money with Bitlife
All in all, you just need a decent job to make money, and being famous can't hurt too, but that being said, once you have enough, you can buy property equestrian by exploiting assets, then finding a partner under shopping.
