Fortnite's 2.55 update makes its way to the game today, and should already be available to download for those of you who haven't started the game yet today. After the update, dataminers instantly got busy seeing if they could find any secrets, and again, they found a treasure trove of information.
First off, as the Fortnite Twitter account strongly suggested, Harley Quinn will be heading to the game soon. The skin appears to come with two styles, one based on her look in Suicide Squad, and the other based on the next Birds of Prey movie. There also appear to be challenges to unlocking different styles, although we don't yet know if any of the styles you unlock are also one of those shown in the tweet below from dataminer Hypex.
Hypex has also uncovered a slew of Valentine-based cosmetics, which strongly suggest an upcoming Valentine's Day event for the game. New items include Back Blings, Harvesting Tools, Skins, Wraps, and emotes, so plenty of variety to keep you interested.
Another exciting discovery, this time from leaker Lucas7Yoshi, is that the old leaked Search and Destroy event has been renamed to an event called Love and War, so it would certainly seem related to the leaked Valentine's Day cosmetics.
So it looks like Epic has two different events planned to keep it entertained until February 20, when the next season is set to begin.
