Now we fight dirty
A while ago, some datamining revealed companion pieces for Deadpool skins released earlier in the season. These skins included other X-Force members such as Cable, Domino, and Psylocke, each with their back and pickaxe. Right after the footage leaked, the official trailer for these cosmetic items was released. In keeping with decorum, the Fortnite X-Force trailer shows the badass-ery of Domino, Cable, and Psylock, along with the self-conscious stupidity of Deadpool, with hip-hop in the background.
While the trailer sees Cable with a minigun, Domino helping Psylocke with a jump pad, and Deadpool riding a tiny moped, you'll find the cosmetics in the Item Shop. Alongside these X-Men, other Deadpool skins can be found, including a teddy bear-headed Deadpool, the dark Ravenpool that resembles the one in the DC Universe, and an X-Force Deadpool skin with the alternate black and gray color scheme. The challenges that unlock the original and maskless Deadpool skins are still active and can be completed until the end of the season.
In other Fortnite news, Travis Scott will host an in-game show, debuting a new song as part of the Fortnite Icon Series. He'll also have his own skin made available to fans, which seems pretty odd outside of a serial killer context. Fortnite is available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile.
