How to Change Shoulders Down Viewpoints in Ghost Recon Breakpoint
Before you can switch shoulders, you must not aim your weapon directly at the center when in first person. There is a distinct difference. If you're aiming in first person, you'll only see the scope. If you're in third person, you'll be looking over your character's shoulder. To go over your character's shoulder, press the "Alt" key, if you are on mouse and keyboard. If you're using a controller, you're going to need to tap your right thumb. You should be able to look over your character's shoulder while aiming your weapon.
