The Aerolyst is a Sentient Warframe enemy that will spawn during Operation Scarlet Spear missions. Usually, an Aerolyst will spawn during the last damage phase of the Condrix fight, and you'll need to take it out to move on to the next stage.
The Aerolyst is an interesting enemy, and at first it seems to be completely immune to damage. It doesn't, and you can actually damage the creature.
If you look closely, you'll notice bright blue cartridges around the middle part of the Aerolyst. These generate a shield that stops all incoming damage from the Aerolyst but does not protect the containers themselves.
You need to remove all the canisters, which will give you a brief window to damage the Aerolyst. You have to be very quick, because the Aerolyst will quickly replace containers after destroying them all, so you need to put as much damage into it as possible.
The Aerolyst is a sentient enemy and is made of Robotic and Ferrite Armor materials. Corrosion, Puncture, Electricity, and Radiation damage will all be effective against this enemy.
Weapons said to have large impact markers are great for taking out containers, as they can smash them all in one go. The Kitgun Catchmoon or Plasma Arca are particularly well suited for the task.
Once the Aerolyst is dead, you can complete the Condrix fight and then move on to the next target.
