Another Marvel-related landmark has been teleported into the game. This time, part of the collection has appeared, cut out of the Marvel Universe, and placed on the map. Who keeps messing up our pretty neat card? It remains a mystery for now.
You can find the collection northeast of Catty Corner and just south of Retail Row. It sits on the side of a mountain, a testament to one man's curiosity and greed.
For people who may not know what the collection is, it's a massive collection of plants, animals, and relics, all brought together by a character called Taneleer Tivan, The Collector. Things don't always join his collection willingly, and in some ways it's more of a prison for people and objects that are prime examples of their race or species.
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Collector managed to get his hands on one of the Infinity Stones, and nearly added another to his collection before invoking Thanos' wrath and losing just about everything to of the Mad Titan's destructive plans.
The collection that appears in Fortnite is only a small part of what the collector has managed to put together over the years, but it does contain some notable Fortnite items such as a Gnome and a toilet. Ammo boxes and loot boxes can also spawn in the collection, so it's not exactly a terrible place to drop off and loot a bit, then head to Retail Row to complete the full loot and grab a car.
