If you want to cancel your Minecraft Realms subscription, you will first need to enter all your account information and log in to the official Minecraft site.
You can login to the Minecraft website by visiting the login page. If you created your Minecraft account using your Mircosoft account, you can use your Mircosoft information to log in instead.
After logging into the website, you should be redirected to your Minecraft profile/account settings, if not, you can find your profile by clicking on your email at the top right of your screen.
When you find the profile screen, click on realms, and you can pause and cancel your realms subscriptions by the Yes, Pause button next to recurring payments.

For Console and Bedrock users, you will need to cancel your Realms subscriptions through the store on the platform you activated the subscription on. To do this, log into the game on your console or PC, click Settings, then click Subscriptions.
After clicking subscriptions, you should see something like the Realms Plus subscription on the right. Click the button that says manage below, and you can cancel and manage your subscription as you wish.
On Xbox you will need to sign in to Services & Subscriptions to cancel your Realms subscription and on Playstation you will need to turn off auto-renewal in the PlayStation™Network Services option tab in Settings. You can find this tab by looking for it under Account Information which is also under Account Management.
