If you're having trouble defeating the Ender Dragon in Survival mode, it might be worth exploring The End without the threat of death. Fortunately, it is entirely possible. This guide will show you how to create an end portal anywhere in the Overworld. All you have to do is enter creative mode.
Build the final portal
Once started in Creative Minecraft, find a comfortable place to build the final portal. You can build it anywhere as long as space allows.
First, you need the final portal. Open your inventory. Click on the Find Items tab, located at the top right of your inventory. Search End Portal Frame and equip it to one of the slots. The end portal frame is also located in Decorating Blocks, the second top tab of your inventory.
The end portal is basically a ring with 3 blocks on each side. You should be able to build the portal while standing still, while rotating to build all 4 sides. To start, place 3 end gate frames side by side as in the image above.
Then turn and place 3 more end frames in a straight line to build the second side. Note that a space is empty between the two sides. See the image above.
Turn again and place 3 more end frames in a straight line to build the third side. Leave a blank space. See the image above.
Finally, turn and place the last 3 end frames to fully connect the gate. See image above for finished frame.
End Portal Activation
To activate the final portal, you will need 12 Eyes of Ender. Open your inventory and search for “Eye of Ender”. Equip this item.
Place each eye of ender in an end portal frame. When inserting Ender's eyes, be sure to do so while standing outside of the frame. If you stand inside while the portal of the end activates, you will immediately teleport to the end. The final Eye of Ender will activate the portal of the end.
And that's all there is to it! Now you can visit the end without the threat of the ender dragon or the evil endermen. Since you can equip anything in your inventory, you can try strategies that will help you feel more confident when facing the ender dragon in Survival mode. You have this!
