A Tropical Fish Bucket is a unique item that players will need to raise a specific type of mob in Minecraft, and players can craft it with an Iron Bucket and Tropical Fish.
That said, before you can craft a bucket of tropical fish, you will first need to craft an iron bucket with three iron ingots placed in order inside a crafting table shown in the image below. below.
After that, you will then need to fill said bucket with water, as you will need it to collect tropical fish in the game, as they cannot survive without water.

Once you have completed this step, you will then need to move on to locating the tropical fish. You can find tropical fish if you haven't guessed that they spawn in water, especially in the ocean. So if you want to make a bucket of tropical fish, start by getting there now.
But before doing so, make sure you bring some Water Breathing Potions or a Breath Enchanted Helmet, as you will have to dive in the water for long periods of time to catch the fish.
Once you get that, you'll be ready to harvest tropical fish, and when you do, you can use them to breed axolotls or start a fish colony.
By the way, peddlers will also sell buckets of tropical fish for five emeralds, so if you don't want to do the leg work, check them out when they spawn.
