Do you want to make discovering the world in Genshin Impact significantly easier? A glider would no doubt help you navigate your way around the map, and unlocking one is relatively simple. You just need to know the right direction and know how to get there.
You can unlock it after reaching Mondstadt, and you can do this by talking to Amber, who welcomes you to the town. She gives you the City of Liberty quest and joins your party. She has a separate location to follow on the map, explaining what's been going on in the area lately, alongside the recent Stormterror attacks. Once you reach the top of the town indicated by the waypoint on the map, Amber gives you a Wind Glider.
A new waypoint appears at the bottom of the town. When you're ready, jump off the ledge and hit the slide button to activate your wings. You can freely glide through the city and reach the waypoint. You don't have to do it in one attempt, and messing it up is no problem with the quest.
Shortly after you descend, a Stormterror appears, along with some cutscenes that shouldn't take you too long to get through. This part shouldn't take you too long. After completing the Freedom City quest, you receive the Dragon Storm quest and can change the appearance of your wing in the locker room.
