In the classic hit building and survival game Minecraft, there is an enchantment system, and using it will allow you to give special upgrades to various objects in the game. But to use this system, you need a table unique crafting called enchantment table. Fortunately, in our guide here, we will tell you how to get and create an enchanted table in Minecraft.
How to make an enchantment table
In short, to create an enchantment table in Minecraft, you need the following resources below.
- A book
- two diamonds
- four obsidian
Once these resources have been gathered, you will need to place them in a crafting table according to the following pattern, as shown above. If you don't have a crafting table, you can create one with the pattern below.
However, as we stated earlier, before you can create an enchantment table, you will need the required items listed above. That said, if you don't know where to find all three resources or don't even have the resources to make the board yet, this next part of the guide will help.
How to make a book
To get started, if you want to make a book in Minecraft, you will need the following resources below.
- Three Papers – To craft paper, you need to have three candy canes; you can get these sugar canes along the rivers. When you get the candy canes, place them on a crafting table in a straight line in threes to craft them.
- Leather – You can harvest leather from many animals, but mainly cows would be the ideal choice for leather. Additionally, if you use a tool with five or more plunder enchantments, you can increase the maximum amount of leather from two to five.
After you get the resources above, you'll want to put them into the model, as shown in the image above.
How to get diamonds in Minecraft
To get diamonds in Minecraft, you'll need to dig down to around surface levels 5-15. Around these levels is where the resource spawns most often; you will also need an Iron Scavenger to mine the resource; anything lower will just break the block and not drop anything.
By the way, if you use an enchanted tool with up to Fortune III, the ore will drop extra diamonds per rank of Fortune with a maximum of four extra diamonds with Fortune III. Along with that, if you use an enchanted Silk Touch tool instead of dropping the diamonds when the ore block is broken, it will drop the ore block instead.
How to Get Obsidian
To get obsidian blocks, you just need to find lava and put it in a bucket of water. After introducing water into the lava by pouring said water on top of the lava, you will craft Obsidian Blocks. When you turn lava into obsidian, mine it with a diamond or netherite pickaxe. You can find lava usually deep underground and sometimes on the surface near mountains. Along with this, you can also find obsidian in the following locations below.
- Villages – Look for the obsidian in the weaponsmith's chest in the village.
- Ruined Portal – Can be found in a standard chest around the portal.
- Nether Fortress – Appears as loot from regular strongboxes.
- Stronghold Remains – Can be found as loot in wooden chests.
