If you want to make red stained glass, you'll need materials to craft it, so here's everything you'll need to craft it in Minecraft.
How to make a red stained glass window in Minecraft
To craft red stained glass in Minecraft, you will need red dye, of which you will need the following resources listed below to craft it.
- Beet
- Rose Bush
- red tulip
- Poppy, or in French "Coquelicot"
Overall, Red Dye is quite easy to craft as you can find four sources listed above that can be crafted inside a crafting table. However, we recommend going for the rosebush route as you will get double the amount of red dye compared to just one with the other resources on this list.
That being said, you can find rose bushes growing in the forest biome, so check there if you want to find them. As for other resources, here's where you can find them below.
- Beet: You can find beets on farms in desert and forest villages.
- Red Tulip: All Tulips can be harvested in the Flower Forest and Plains biomes
- Poppy: To get poppies, you can either kill golems or find them growing in most biomes
Once you've crafted red dye, you can turn it into red stained glass by placing eight glass blocks around the dye in the middle slot as shown in the image below.

However, you will of course need glass to do this, and if you don't know how to get it yet, you can get it by melting sand in a furnace.
