Here's a fun little seed with a peculiar little problem.
Since ocean monuments cannot spawn above water, if the level of the generated ocean biome is too low for the monument, it will be dropped to the bottom of the ocean, which is evident at coordinates 200, 200.
You will see that the monument practically cuts through the terrain and all the structures on it, such as shipwrecks and ocean ruins.

South of the spawn you will be able to locate a group of stony islands with a village by connecting a few and a ruined portal exposed at coordinates -400, 100.
