Minecraft 1.18, Caves and Cliffs Part 2 is the second part of the spectacular Caves and Cliffs update that hit the game in 2021. While Part 1 featured all new blocks and creatures, Part 2 will add biomes and the landmasses promised by the update.
Releasing on November 30, Minecraft Caves and Cliffs Part 2 is set to release at 13 p.m. ET in the United States. It works at noon Central, 10 a.m. Pacific and 18 p.m. GMT.
We're guessing that's the release time because that's exactly when Caves and Cliffs Part 2 was released. Minecraft developer Mojang is based in Stockholm, and the expected release time coincided with the end of the working day in Sweden. However, it's not set in stone and Mojang hasn't given an official release time. We could therefore end up being surprised by an early release!

1.18, Minecraft Caves and Cliffs Part 2 is expected to add several highly anticipated features. Underground biomes, which include Dripstone and Lush caves, will now spawn naturally. Previously, Dripstone could be found in Caverns and Glowing Berries in Minecart Chests in Mine Shafts, but did not spawn in their own biomes.
In addition, ore production has been revamped. This means that iron, copper, gold, and almost all other resources will now appear slightly differently. Rather than just spawning in blobs, you're more likely to find a vein of ore. This line of ore will generate more naturally. Meanwhile, Copper, mostly a completely cosmetic material, will now yield more when mined.
All in all, there are a ton of amazing changes coming to Minecraft 1.18, and whenever it drops on November 30, you should be sure to play it ASAP.
