The Swift Strike Enchantment is a unique enchantment that can be used to increase the amount of damage your Swift Strike attack deals with your sword.
The amount of damage your sword deals with this attack will also increase based on the level of the Quick Strike enchantment you are using. Additionally, if you have an enchantment such as Sharpness, the damage dealt by Quick Strike will increase based on the level of enchantment.
That said, if you're interested in this enchantment for some reason, the best way to get it would be to make some books and then an enchantment table. You will also need to make 15 bookcases and place them around the table with a one block buffer between the 15 bookcases and the table.

When you're done you'll then need to use books and lapis lazuli to enchant the books by placing them both inside the table until you get the quick strike enchantment - this may take a while, but it's a surefire way to get other enchantments you don't have.
You can also use fishing rods, trade emeralds with villagers, and loot enchanted books from dungeon chests to get minting books as well. However, if you want a consistent and valid way to get the Enchantment Book, we recommend the Enchanting Book and Table route.
